Thank you for contacting the City of Victoria. Customer Service Requests received during normal business hours are usually acknowledged within the business day. Requests received after hours, on weekends or holidays will be acknowledged on the next business day.

Customer Service Requests

  • All Customer Service Requests should be submitted through SeeClickFix. Persons that do not register for an account before submitting a request may not be contacted back on work order statuses due to necessary information not being available. If you have submitted requests in the past using our previous system, please use that login information with SeeClickFix. You do not need to create an account in SeeClickFix.
  • Or residents can use the Victoria, TX 311 app for Android or iPhone.
  • Do not submit a customer service request to report any type of crime or emergency.
  • Please choose the appropriate category for your request so that it can be submitted to the correct department. Categorizing your request appropriately will help to ensure a timely response.
