The City of Victoria Utility Billing Office has resumed its regular hours for lobby and drive-thru service after these services temporarily were suspended Jan. 21 and after the drive-thru reopened with limited hours Jan. 26.
The lobby is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The drive-thru is open 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Residents should use hand sanitizer, wear facial coverings and practice social distancing when paying in person.
Residents can also pay water, sewer or garbage bills online by visiting www.victoriatx.gov and clicking “Utility Billing”; by using the drop boxes at H-E-B, 6106 N. Navarro St., or the City of Victoria, 700 N. Main St; by mailing to 700 Main Center, Suite 110, Victoria, TX 77901; or by phone at 361-485-3400. The Utility Billing Office will respond to voicemail messages in the order in which they are received.
