Super District 5/Mayor Pro-Tem - Dr. Andrew Young

Dr. Andrew Young is the City Council representative for Super District 5, which encompasses Districts 1 and 2, and the mayor pro-tem. He is a podiatrist with Podiatry Associates of Victoria. He is from Kansas City and has been a proud Victoria resident since 2001. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Monmouth College and his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Rosalind Franklin University. He is a member of the Victoria Main Street Program board and the Victoria Housing Finance Corporation. He was first elected to the City Council in 2013.
